Process for Customised Services

Step by step process for placing an order for customisation services  

  1. After the free introductory call, identify your pre-loved garment for upcycling  
  2. Check the feasibility of the garment for upcycling (Please click here for tips) 
  3. DM Annava for a consultation session (Charges Rs. 300/-)
    If the order is accepted by Annava, this charge will be adjusted in the making charges.
  4. You will receive a call within 24 hours for scheduling the consultation session at a mutually acceptable time.  
  5. After the consultation session, take your measurements (Please click here for tips) 
  6. Once the patterns are confirmed and the order is accepted by Annava, courier your pre-loved garment to the following address :

  7. Payment terms
    • 50% of the agreed making charges as advance payment on order confirmation (inclusive of consultation session charges)

    • Balance 50% on confirmation from Annava that the order is ready for shipment

  8. Order will be shipped on receipt of final payment
