Return Policy

Our Returns Policy is applicable only for India. This facility is not offered for International orders.

Returns Policy for Ready to wear garments

Quality check is conducted for every piece before shipping. There is a very remote chance of any irregularity, and in such cases the same is mentioned in the description. 

Terms and Conditions for return

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt at your end.
Original packaging should be intact with the original tags.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items cannot be returned.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items should not be altered, stained, washed, worn or damaged.  
As of now, the process for returns is not automated. To return an item, you may write to us at info@annava.in stating reasons for return.
We do not offer pick up facility for returns. If you want to return a product please send the garment to the following address :

6. Items proposed to be returned, should be couriered to Annava at your cost and responsibility, in the original packaging. Annava will not be responsible for damage/loss related to transit. You may retain the proof of dispatch.

7. All returned items will be checked for alterations, stains, damage, signs of usage or wash.  Returns that are altered, damaged, spoiled, stained, washed or used will not be accepted.

8. If the return request is accepted, refund will be processed to your source of payment.

9. If you desire to buy another product in lieu of the return, you may place a new order.
