Shipping Policy
All shipments are made from Mumbai, India. Shipments within India are free.
General information
- Orders placed on weekdays are dispatched within 3-5 working days. Our working days are Monday to Friday 10 am to 7 pm. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking ID once the order is shipped. All shipments can be tracked.
- We partner with third party delivery services to send out orders. Delivery related communication may be sent by our logistic partners.
- All shipments are insured.
International orders
As of now, international orders are not processed online. You can place the order by sending a mail to us at info@annava.in. If the order is accepted, confirmation will be sent to you along with payment details. We will also send intimation if we are unable to accept the order. Please note that INR 2000 is charged as shipping cost for all international orders.
Shipping cost of INR 2000 does not include custom duties/taxes/charges that may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may contact your local custom office to inquire about applicable custom duties/taxes/charges. Payment of these duties, taxes, charges will have to be made by you for release of your order from customs.
If the package is returned to us due to some reasons, shipping charges will not be refundable. The customer will have to pay the shipping charges again for us to resend the courier.
