Terms and Conditions for Customisation Services

  1. Pre-loved garment should be couriered to Annava at your cost and responsibility, after checking its feasibility for upcycling.
    Annava will not be responsible for any damage/loss related to transit
  2. Annava will communicate acceptance of the order after checking your pre-loved garment. If we find any issues with the garment like excessive wear and tear, stains, poor fabric strength, etc., the order will not be accepted.
  3. If the order is not accepted, your pre-loved garment will be sent back. In such cases, the shipping cost will have to be borne by you.
  4. Advance payment should be made after the order acceptance is communicated to you by Annava.
  5. Approved patterns cannot be changed after the date of order confirmation from Annava.
  6. Measurements may be taken and shared after viewing our video guide. Annava will follow the measurements shared by you for garment construction.
  7. Normally Annava will not accept any cancellation of orders. In exceptional cases, the terms of refund for cancellation within 7 days will be :
    • Refund of 50% of the amount already paid if it is cancelled within 3 days from the date of order confirmation by Annava
    • Refund of 25% of the amount already paid if the order is cancelled after 3 days but within 7 days from the date of order confirmation by Annava
    • Zero refund for orders cancelled after 7 days from the date of order confirmation by Annava.
  8. Please note that if your customisation order is processed before cancellation request, it may not be possible to return your pre-loved garment in its original form. Further, in such cases, the shipping cost will have to be borne by you.
  9. Annava will take minimum 2 weeks for processing the order. Considering the delivery time of 5-7 working days, the order delivery will be completed within 3 weeks for one garment or a set. Multiple garments of different types may take longer, and this will be communicated at the time of acceptance of the order.
  10. Shipping
    • We rely on third party shipping partners for our product deliveries.
    • All the product deliveries might take between 5-7 working days to be delivered.
    • All shipments within India are free. For International orders, INR 2000 is charged as shipping cost.
    • All shipments are trackable and insured.

  11. All Consultation sessions will be recorded for future use.
  12. Customised garments cannot be returned. Where possible, we will offer repair services.
